Objective of the role (Why)
LCV is a strategic axis of development for Ayvens and it is identified as a key lever of growth in Ayvens Commercial strategy.
Recognised by the market as an area of the industry with sustained growth, combined with a lower penetration vs passenger cars, LCV is expected to represent greater fleet penetration for Ayvens.
Identified as a Co-Head role, this role will be accountable for the delivery of our Ayvens strategic vision & operational performance objectives; developing the right LCV focused culture, providing a thorough & consistent global LCV proposition. Executing the supportive training our colleagues will require today and for the future and ensuring a performance focused mindset at our core. Ensuring the Ayvens LCV team are thought leaders, acting as the senior point of contact at industry events & within the Company.
Areas of responsibilities (What)
Commercial Leadership & Country Performance
Lead and oversee assigned countries with full accountability for LCV commercial performance, including growth, profitability, margin optimisation and market share development.
Co‑define and execute ambitious annual LCV business plans with Country LCV Leads and Commercial Directors, covering volumes, revenues, margins, cost levers and capital efficiency.
Act as a senior commercial sparring partner to countries, challenging performance, pricing discipline, customer mix and go‑to‑market strategies.
Provide strategic leadership across Central and Country teams, ensuring commercial execution of fleet and proposition development through clearly prioritised operational and strategic action plans.
Monitor, evaluate and steer country‑level LCV performance, proactively addressing underperformance and scaling proven commercial best practices.
Ensure strong alignment between global commercial objectives and local market realities, playing a key role in country and global performance reviews with a focus on results delivery.
Lead and animate an effective global LCV community through monthly performance calls, tracking results versus targets, sharing commercial best practices and accelerating performance improvement.
Act as the escalation point for high‑impact commercial, operational or strategic issues affecting LCV growth or profitability.
Global LCV Proposition & Value Creation
Own end‑to‑end responsibility for the global LCV proposition, with clear accountability for its commercial attractiveness, competitiveness and profitability.
Assess and benchmark existing country LCV offers to identify value gaps, profit levers and scalability opportunities.
Define and drive the strategic vision for a consistent, value‑added and profit‑accretive LCV offer, balancing standardisation and local differentiation.
Lead cross‑functional stakeholders (Pricing, Procurement, Operations, Remarketing, Marketing) to design, launch and optimise propositions that improve contribution margin and customer lifetime value.
Oversee proposition lifecycle management across Central and Country teams, ensuring continuous improvement of pricing logic, cost structure and value perception.
Own the LCV innovation strategy and pipeline, prioritising initiatives with clear commercial business cases, ROI and scalability potential
Performance Management, Profitability & P&L Steering
Provide senior leadership on LCV financial and operational performance, with a strong focus on profitability across the full vehicle lifecycle.
Design and deploy robust global dashboards, KPIs and reporting frameworks covering volumes, revenues, margins, residual value performance, lifecycle costs and capital efficiency.
Drive a full lifecycle performance approach (Pre‑Life, In‑Life, End‑of‑Life), ensuring decisions optimise total cost, risk and profitability.
Work closely with Pricing, Procurement, Operations and Remarketing to link performance measurement directly to commercial and margin outcomes.
Identify performance gaps and lead corrective actions with country and central stakeholders to restore or accelerate profitable growth.
Translate performance data into clear, actionable commercial insights to support senior management decision‑making and strategic prioritisation.
Act as the global reference point for LCV performance and profitability, ensuring transparency, consistency and accountability.
Data, Insights & Commercial Intelligence
Embed a data‑driven, profit‑focused LCV culture across Ayvens.
Lead the LCV data and insights agenda, extracting commercially actionable insights from internal and external data sources.
Develop and maintain KPI frameworks explicitly linked to commercial objectives, profitability and value creation.
Act as a trusted advisor to LCV peers and senior leadership through deep‑dive analyses supporting pricing, portfolio steering and investment decisions.
Identify risks, opportunities and emerging trends to inform forward‑looking commercial strategy.
Oversee global qualitative and quantitative research to strengthen customer insight, value proposition and go‑to‑market effectiveness.
Represent Ayvens as a commercial thought leader on LCVs in the market and at industry events.
Capability Building & Commercial Training
Own, design and execute a global LCV training strategy with a strong emphasis on commercial excellence, value selling and profitability awareness.
Define training objectives, KPIs and success metrics that demonstrably improve commercial performance and results.
Ensure training content covers pricing logic, lifecycle economics, customer value articulation and margin drivers.
Track deployment and effectiveness of training programs, continuously refining them to support measurable business impact.
Drive integration of LCV commercial expertise into broader Fleet Management activities to embed LCV profitability into the company culture.
Support, Governance & Community Leadership
Act as the global subject‑matter expert and commercial authority for LCVs.
Provide countries with clear commercial guidelines, playbooks and best practices to improve performance consistency.
Support key sales initiatives and strategic customers, contributing directly to winning profitable business.
Work with partners to grow profitable ecosystems and new revenue streams.
Chair the global LCV community, defining the annual agenda with a strong focus on commercial delivery and results.
Ensure clear, consistent communication to Country LCV Leads, Commercial Directors and Global Commerce leadership.

Lead the engagement with existing & new external suppliers to deliver optimal cost-efficient ways to ensure LCV knowledge & understanding is shared globally & to ensure the smooth transition plans for fleets from ICE to e-LCVs.
Propose and approve global policies that should be adopted at local level of the strategic guidelines applicable to (product)
Business management:Identify business priorities and opportunities, define business action plans and approaches.
Set the strategic vision for performance reporting & insights via monthly, quarterly monitoring of the activity, reporting to CCO leadership team with data driven actions.
Anticipate future trends / macro-economic changes that could impact the LCV market & position Ayvens to succeed in this changing environment.
Set up & lead / support in new project groups specific to the Ayvens LCV offering, providing robust business cases for approval by Global Products & Services Director.
Be aware of risks directly or indirectly related with product management and promotion, work in close collaboration with the central risk management and other central departments to ensure those risks are properly identified and mitigated when applicable.
Cross-functional collaboration:Collaboration and coordination with other central functions to guarantee alignment on objectives, policies and country steering applicable to (product)
Lead the work with other departments to align business and digital initiatives with Ayvens goals & create synergies.
Project Manage with stakeholders on new initiatives, enabling continuous improvement of the Ayvens LCV offering.
Working closely with Ayvens countries to align development plans with the Group’s objectives
Job requirements (Who)

Education / knowledge:Degree (or equivalent).
Fluent in English.
Excellent knowledge of the industry & market trends.

Results driven with a strong track record of business development.
Data oriented, good analytical skills and agility with data.
Experience:Proven success in the automotive world, particularly on LCV.
Track record of business development within different teams & managing a data team.
A strong team player with a positive, open minded, collaborative approach to working with all colleagues of different seniority levels.
