Head of IT (Responsable informatique)

We're looking for a hands-on Head of IT to design, build, and lead the complete IT infrastructure for a growing aerospace organisation in France - from core networks and cybersecurity to data centres, systems architecture, and the full IT setup of a brand-new company site.

You'll own:

• End-to-end IT strategy & infrastructure architecture
• Greenfield network deployment (LAN/WAN/WiFi/SAN)
• Cybersecurity, compliance & secure environments
• New building IT setup & commissioning
• Server, virtualisation & storage environments
• IT operations, automation & team leadership

You'll work across cutting-edge, regulated environments where reliability, security, and scalability matter.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building IT infrastructure from the ground up
• Strong background across networks, systems, cybersecurity & operations
• Experience leading complex IT projects and technical teams
• Industrial, aerospace, defence, or regulated environment experience is highly valued
• French & English communication skills
