Head of IT

You will define and drive the Group's IT strategy to ensure a high-performing, secure, and scalable technology environment:

• Define the Group's IT roadmap and build a scalable IT architecture capable of supporting the company's growth
• Design, deploy and evolve IT infrastructure (Cloud, networks, systems, workstations and equipment) while ensuring their availability, performance and security
• Define the Group's IT standards, implement cybersecurity policies and maintain continuous technology monitoring to anticipate evolving business needs

Business Applications & Digital Transformation

You will oversee all of the Group's technology solutions to improve business processes and support the company's digital transformation:

• Select, deploy and administer business applications (ERP, POS, PMS, CRM, Finance, HR, Microsoft 365, etc.) while ensuring their consistency and interoperability
• Work closely with the various departments to understand their needs, recommend the most suitable solutions and support the digitalization of processes
• Lead implementation, migration and tool evolution projects, while overseeing software license management

Project Management & International Development

In a context of strong growth, you will support the Group's development projects and the opening of new venues around the world:

• Define the technology standards applicable to new openings and oversee the deployment of IT infrastructure and equipment
• Lead cross-functional IT projects in coordination with internal teams, partners and external vendors
• Ensure consistency of solutions and a high-quality user experience across all of the Group's venues

You will be responsible for the Group's IT governance as well as the management of its technology partners:

• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts and oversee the follow-up of licenses and IT services
• Define, monitor and optimize the IT budget, ensuring the relevance of investments
• Establish performance indicators and provide regular reporting to Management

User Support & Employee Experience

You will ensure a reliable, high-performing technology environment tailored to employees' needs:

• Oversee IT support and ensure a high level of service to users
• Structure IT processes (onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and best practices) and support teams in adopting tools and new technologies.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience in an IT role with a strong focus on infrastructure, digital transformation and project management
• Significant experience structuring an IT function or working in a high-growth environment
• Excellent command of Cloud infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity and Microsoft 365 environments
• Solid experience leading IT projects and managing vendorsExperience in an international, multi-site environment
• Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, luxury, or retail is a strong asset
• Fluent in French and English
