Head of Insurance Strategy & Pricing (Remote)

Dalma is seeking a Chief Insurance Officer to own our insurance strategy from carrier relationships to product vision. You will lead a dedicated team and sit on the Executive Committee, guiding pricing and risk management across Europe.

We expect ~10 years in insurance with a strong data component, proven P&L ownership, and fluency in English (French or German a plus). This role offers local or remote options with periodic travel to Paris and Berlin.
