Head of Insurance & Strategic Deals (Remote | Equity)

Grace Technology is hiring a Head of Insurance to lead the design and execution of insurance programs for luxury brands. This pivotal role requires 5 to 10 years of experience in corporate insurance, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with teams.

The successful candidate will oversee insurer relationships, improve program performance, and actively participate in strategic deal closures. Fluency in English and French is essential. This position offers flexibility to work from Paris or remotely within Europe.
