Head of Information Systems – Permanent

Define, implement and oversee the Institute's IT strategyDevelop and steer the information systems (IS) strategy aligned with the Institute's scientific, technological and economic prioritiesIdentify relevant technological trends and anticipate their impact on activitiesProvide support to experimental platforms and scientific teamsEnsure the operational continuity and maintenance of the ISManage outsourcing contracts and monitor SLAsEnforce the IT security policyPrepare investment budgets and maintain the IS mapping

Requirements

• Degree from an engineering school or Master 2 in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or equivalent
• More than 10 years' experience in a highly technical environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft environments and hybrid infrastructures (Windows and Linux operating systems)
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, risk management and IT governance
• Experience with data classification and data lifecycle; AI use cases
• Familiarity with GitLab and DevOps for deployment orchestration
• Experience managing service providers, budgeting, project management and change management
• Ability to communicate with technical, scientific and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in technical English
