With the recent entry of L Catterton, the leading global consumer focused investment fund, EX NIHILO has entered in a new phase of global acceleration and structuring for scale.
To support this rapid expansion and build the foundations of a scalable, resilient and data-driven organization, we are recruiting a Head of Information Systems & Operational Transformation.
This is a high-impact, transformation-oriented position at Group level. The role combines strategic roadmap ownership with hands-on operational coordination, and will be central to the modernization, security and scalability of the Group’s information systems.
Location: Group Headquarters, Paris 16, primarily on-site
What does the role involve?
Your main responsibilities will include:
IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and user support
- Oversee day-to-day IT operations globally ensuring continuity, reliability and appropriate service levels.
- Strengthen cybersecurity
- Lead the progressive deployment of managed services, including infrastructure outsourcing and the implementation of advanced cybersecurity monitoring and incident response capabilities
Business applications, Integration & Process improvement
- Oversee the Group’s business applications landscape across Supply Chain, Retail, E-commerce, Finance and other corporate functions.
- Drive the evolution of ODOO as a central operational ERP, ensuring proper integration with other business-critical systems
- Support the deployment of the Group core model in the US.
- Structure a network of key users, support change management initiatives and promote user adoption across the Group.
Data, Reporting, Automation & AI
- Improve integration and data flows across the Group's key systems, ensuring seamless information exchange
- Structure the Group's data and reporting environment to deliver reliable management information across the business
- Define and coordinate the Group’s AI and automation roadmap, identifying high-value use cases, deploying appropriate tools and driving adoption across the organization.
Compliance, risk & business continuity
- Review IT and information systems risks and lead appropriate remediation plans
- Strengthen controls around user access, sensitive data, critical applications and system changes
- Ensure that data security and GDPR compliance are embedded in systems, processes and vendor management practices
- Contribute to business continuity planning, disaster recovery procedures and regulatory compliance initiatives
Governance
- Steer IT governance, budget follow-up, risk monitoring and project prioritization
- Monitor technological and regulatory developments relevant to the Group’s digital environment.
- Act as a trusted partner to Executive Management and all departments on information systems, operational transformation and scalability.
What profile are we looking for?
- Strong experience in IT / Information Systems management in an international environment
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud environments
- Proven ability to manage business applications, ERP environments and cross-functional transformation projects
- Expertise in APIs, EDI and data integration principles
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into practical system solutions.

Profile
- Higher education in Information Systems, IT, Engineering or equivalent.
- 7-10 years of experience in a similar IT / Information Systems leadership role, ideally in retail, luxury, consumer goods or another international multi-entity environment.
- Significant experience in managing ERP, business applications and systems integration projects
- Familiarity with Odoo and Shopify would be a strong plus.
- Fluent in English and French (both are mandatory)
