Take responsibility for the industrialisation sub-project within product development projects.

Analyse (feasibility, capacity, reliability, profitability) and then design, organise and optimise all production and manufacturing resources and methods (whether in-house or outsourced), in line with productivity, quality and cost requirements.

Help draw up the budget (production tools section) and monitor its implementation

Manage the industrialisation department.
