Head of Inclusion & Societal Impact M/F

Your mission

Reporting to the Talent Development & Inclusion Department, you will play a key role in the construction of an Inclusion & Societal Impact policy.

Your role will be to co‑build the roadmap with operational teams, taking into account the operational realities of our Business Units, the specific needs of our regions, and the Group’s social and societal ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑construction and steering of the 2030 roadmap.
• Contribute to defining the future Inclusion & Societal Impact Policy – Horizon 2030, in close collaboration with Divisions and internal stakeholders.
• Translate this vision into annual action plans, monitoring indicators and governance processes.
• Lead and coordinate the network of Inclusion & Societal Impact ambassadors.
• Encourage the sharing of best practices and collective VINCI Construction within external networks relating to inclusion, societal responsibility and employer brand.
• Contribute to social and CSR/ESG reporting in collaboration with the relevant teams.

Qualifications

• Confirmed experience (minimum 8 years) in Diversity, Inclusion, CSR with an international scope.
• Proven ability to co‑design strategic approaches with operational stakeholders.
• Strong skills in management by objectives, tracking indicators and milestones.
• Leadership, influence, team spirit and strong field culture.
• Fluent English required.
