Head of Healthcare Vertical - Europe (m/f)

Role Overview

As Head of Healthcare Vertical you will lead the strategic development, growth, and execution of healthcare logistics solutions across the European region. This high-impact leadership role shapes the direction of the healthcare offering, acting as the central link between commercial, operational and global stakeholders.

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, capability development and market positioning within the healthcare space, ensuring the organisation delivers compliant, scalable and competitive solutions across complex and highly regulated supply chains.

Working across a pan-European network, you will align teams, elevate standards and build a strong, differentiated healthcare proposition that supports both new business acquisition and existing customer expansion.

Core Responsibilities

• Own and lead the healthcare vertical strategy across Europe, driving growth and market expansion
• Act as the key interface between sales, operations and global functions, ensuring alignment from opportunity through to execution
• Translate complex customer requirements into scalable, operationally executable logistics solutions within healthcare regulations
• Collaborate across functions-including operations, procurement and global stakeholders—to ensure readiness and successful implementation
• Drive pipeline performance, proactively managing risks, removing barriers and accelerating opportunity conversion
• Strengthen the organisation's capabilities by identifying gaps and developing best-in-class healthcare logistics solutions
• Champion knowledge sharing, building internal expertise through training, stakeholder engagement and best practices
• Contribute to long-term strategy through business cases, pricing frameworks and vertical growth initiatives

What You Bring

• Minimum 7+ years' experience in global forwarding, logistics or supply chain environments
• Strong expertise in healthcare or pharmaceutical logistics, including GDP, temperature-controlled transport and regulatory compliance
• Proven experience operating across commercial and operational functions
• Deep understanding of solution design within complex, regulated supply chains
• Demonstrated success in winning and developing business opportunities
• A strategic mindset with the ability to drive both vision and execution in evolving environments
