Head of Growth & Viral Engagement

XTB, the largest Polish investment fintech with a global footprint, seeks a Head of Virality & Customer Engagement to lead strategy, roadmaps and delivery of virality features and engagement programs. You will manage a 20+ person team of product and engineering professionals and report to the Chief Product & Technology Officer, turning ideas into measurable growth.

Key responsibilities include building growth engines, leveraging AI for rapid iteration, and driving data-driven bets while
