Head of Growth Performance & Strategy

Qonto is seeking a Head of Growth Performance based in Paris to manage how the Growth organization measures and steers performance. In this role, you will lead a team that drives decision-making through performance analysis and strategic management, ensuring alignment across various business functions.

You will oversee budgeting, KPI definitions, and the design of compensation plans, contributing directly to Qonto’s growth objectives. A hybrid work setup is provided.
