Head of Growth & GTM - B2B SaaS

Guideflow, a Paris-based SaaS startup, seeks a Growth Manager to lead our acquisition engine. As one of our first leadership hires, you’ll shape how thousands of companies discover and adopt our product, building the marketing and growth teams from the ground up and allocating budgets across channels to maximize impact.

You’ll define KPIs, establish reporting frameworks, and drive international expansion strategies while partnering closely with Sales to optimize the revenue funnel.
