AI Makers is hiring its Head of Growth, reporting to the COO. Remote, with occasional travel to our clients (expenses covered).
We are looking for the person who will lead growth, ours and our clients': set the strategy, get it executed, and grow the team that delivers it.
Apply/ The role## What you take on
- Lead AI Makers' growth: acquisition, pipeline generation, brand.
- Lead our clients' growth: strategy, action plans and results across their acquisition channels.
- Combine organic growth (SEO/GEO, content, social media) and inorganic growth (paid ads), and reallocate budgets to what performs.
- Manage and develop a team of 3 to 5 people, with 1 to 5 years of experience.
- Get content, social media, paid, brand and product working together toward shared goals./ The profile## What we are looking for
- 6+ years of experience in growth or acquisition marketing.
- Expert in organic and inorganic growth, with quantified results to show for it.
- You have managed campaign budgets of €100K or more per month.
- You have managed a team with mixed experience levels and know how to grow junior profiles.
- You have worked across content, social media, paid, brand and product teams.
- You have worked in startups or scale-ups: you move on your own without ready-made processes, and you enjoy the pace of a fast-moving team./ The offer## What we offer
- A 3-month probation period, followed by a full-time contract.
- Pay based on your skills and experience.
- On top of your pay: profit sharing based on performance, once the probation period is complete.
