Head of Global Support & Follow-the-Sun Ops

OneStock is looking for a Head of Support to own the post-go-live client experience and scale the team globally. You will report to the VP Customer Services and lead ~12 engineers across multiple time zones, ensuring 24/7 coverage and strong client satisfaction.

You will architect and implement a Follow-the-Sun model, define processes, recruit in the right geographies, and collaborate with Product, Delivery and Customer Success to deliver excellence.
