Head of Global Operational Excellence

AXA Partners seeks a Head of Operational Excellence to lead organization-wide process improvement across 12 locations in Europe and LATAM. You will establish standards, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with regional teams to deliver measurable performance gains.

You will apply Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, design robust KPIs, and lead change management initiatives to embed new processes, tools, and practices across the multinational network.
