We are looking for a Head of Global Marketing and Communications to strengthen the Infopro Digital Automotive team based in Barcelona.
Responsibilities
- Shape, develop and align an international marketing team spread across multiple companies and locations within Infopro Digital Automotive.
- Drive the integration of diverse marketing teams into a collaborative, aligned, and effective group‑wide organization.
- Coordinate product marketing activities across countries and teams to maintain a coherent global market presence.
- Steer and coordinate local marketing activities in collaboration with regional teams.
- Lead the joint planning and execution of events and trade fairs with the team, ensuring strong representation at major industry events such as Automechanika.
- Drive digital marketing strategy and implementation across all relevant channels.
- Use KPIs to steer performance and lead continuous improvement across all marketing activities.
- Oversee and allocate the international marketing budget of Infopro Digital Automotive.
- The role is structurally located within the Strategy department to drive cross‑company alignment and enablement.
Qualifications
- Extensive B2B marketing experience, ideally in the automotive, industrial, or consulting environment.
- Proven track record of leading and integrating international teams across multiple companies, cultures, and locations.
- Strong intercultural leadership capability, with demonstrated success in navigating diverse global contexts.
- Strategic executive mindset combined with a strong operational drive and willingness to engage hands‑on where needed.
- Ability to lead through complexity and change, experience in building and transforming organizations, including alignment of structures, processes, and ways of working.
- Deep understanding of modern marketing disciplines, including product marketing, digital, brand, and integrated campaigns.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align and influence at senior and cross‑functional levels.
- Excellent command of English required; additional proficiency in German or French is advantageous.
