Key Responsibilities

• Build and reinforce the controlling function, structuring processes to support a fast‑growing environment while preserving Voodoo’s agile DNA.
• Act as a key business partner to all units, providing financial visibility and insights to guide operational decisions.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, naturally integrating financial discipline into daily operations.
• Monitor and report on business performance, identifying risks and opportunities to help the company achieve its objectives.
• Empower the executive team and business leaders with clear financial data and analysis to drive strategy.

Profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, investment banking or similar roles, ideally in a fast‑paced tech environment.
• Analytical mindset: expert with numbers, top‑notch rigor, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Fluent in English with an outspoken personality, comfortable challenging the status quo and collaborating across teams.
• Strong managerial skills with a proven track record of structuring teams and processes.
• Adaptability: capability to implement rigorous processes without hindering speed and innovation.
