Role Overview

Reporting to the Financial Director , you will lead the FP&A department in a high‑activity environment. Your mission is twofold: ensuring the reliability of performance management and managing the FP&A Analyst team.

As a strategic Business Partner , you will transform financial data into decision‑making levers for Senior Management.

Your Mission

1. Performance Management & Reporting

• Supervise the production of monthly reporting (P&L, operational KPIs, margin analysis).
• Ensure the reliability and consistency of financial data communicated to shareholders and headquarters.
• Analyze variances between actuals, budget, and forecast, and propose corrective action plans.
• Develop relevant performance indicators to support the growth strategy.
• Produce ad hoc analyses for the Executive Committee (COMEX) and Senior Management.

2. Budgeting Process & Forecasting

• Drive financial planning cycles: annual budget, bi‑monthly revenue forecasts, monthly rolling forecasts, and the 3-year strategic plan.
• Implement financial scenarios (best case, base case, worst case) to anticipate risks and opportunities.
• Optimize financial projection models to increase agility.

3. Cross‑functional Projects

• Contribute to BI tools and the automation of existing reporting.
• Support operational teams in understanding their costs and profitability drivers.

4. Leadership & Financial Governance

• Manage and develop the FP&A team (analysts, financial controllers).
• Define reporting standards and FP&A best practices.
• Collaborate closely with accounting, treasury, strategy, and operational teams.
• Act as a key point of contact for exchanges with shareholders or financial partners.

What We Are Looking For

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in corporate finance, financial controlling, audit, or FP&A.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel , with an appetite for data manipulation (BI or BigQuery experience is a plus).
• Rigor, analytical mindset, and curiosity.
• Ability to work in a team within a dynamic, high‑growth environment.
• French is mandatory , professional English is required, and Spanish is an asset.
