Head of Foundation & World Models Research

Datadog is seeking a Research Manager within DAIR to lead a team exploring foundation models, world models, and multimodal learning, advancing large-scale pre-training across telemetry data. You will mentor researchers, define technical direction, and collaborate with product and engineering to translate research into scalable Datadog capabilities.

A PhD or equivalent high-level research track is expected, with a strong emphasis on hands-on experimentation and leadership.
