Job Description
This is not a program management or advisory role.
The Head of Finance Transformation (HoFT) reporting to the Group CFO is a critical, enterprise‑wide leadership role responsible for re‑architecting how Finance operates at QIMA. Working in close partnership with the Group Finance Director, you will lead the redesign of finance processes, systems, data and capabilities to move the Group from a fragmented, manual and acquisition‑driven landscape to a standardised, scalable and AI‑enabled finance platform.
This role is ideal for a senior finance transformation leader who thrives on complexity, enjoys operating at the intersection of Finance, Technology and Data, and is motivated by turning ambition into embedded, business‑as‑usual reality.

Act as single point of programme ownership and PMO for all finance initiatives, including systems, process, data, AI and M&A integrations.
Track delivery status, dependencies, risks and benefits across the full finance change portfolio.
Identify roadblocks, capacity constraints and decision gaps; drive timely resolution.
Operating Model & Process Design
Define the global finance blueprint across RTR, OTC, P2P, FP&A and Treasury.
Establish Global Process Owner models, SOPs, controls and close calendars.
Eliminate fragmentation, local exceptions and manual workarounds.
Systems, ERP & Automation
Own finance systems strategy including ERP (NetSuite), FP&A tools, TMS and integrations.
Chair Finance Design Authority for process, system and data decisions.
Lead automation of reconciliations, close activities, intercompany billing and reporting.
Establish group‑wide data governance, ownership and master data standards.
Improve data quality, consistency and trust across finance domains.
Partner with BI teams to enable reliable, decision‑grade finance analytics.
Identify, prioritise and deploy AI‑enabled finance use cases.
Build AI literacy and adoption across Finance leadership.
Ensure innovation is governed, controlled and value‑driven.

Enable capability uplift, training and readiness for follow‑the‑sun operations.
M&A Integration Programme Ownership
Own programme governance and PMO oversight for all finance integrations.
Coordinate plans, milestones and interdependencies across Finance, IT, Data and the business.
While the Group Finance Director executes the integration, ensure progress is tracked, risks surfaced and issues unblocked.
