Requirements
- Strong business acumen with solid grounding in financial analysis and performance management
- Proven ability to influence, challenge, and support senior stakeholders (including C-level)
- Experience of operating in a complex IT international organization
- Solid people management experience (minimum 5 years)
- Experience operating for multiple countries (ideally with France and Luxembourg)

- The Senior Manager, Finance Business Partnering acts as a trusted advisor to business leadership, combining strong financial expertise with deep business understanding
- The role bridges finance and operations, supporting performance management, strategic initiatives, and value creation across assigned business areas for France & Luxembourg
- Acts as primary finance leader for his territory
- Supports decision-making through financial insights and performance analysis
- At the consolidated level, drives cost, margin, and profitability discussions with business leaders
- Partners with senior business leadership or multiple business units
- Leads complex performance improvement and value creation initiatives
- Influences strategic decisions and investment prioritization
- Manages local Finance Business Partners, and shapes partnering best practices
- Ensures alignment and efficiency of data flow with Global Business Shared Services
- Serve as the primary finance partner for assigned territory, providing financial leadership and guidance aligned with strategic goals
- Interpret financial results, forecasts, and KPIs, translating them into business-relevant insights and recommendations
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes by working closely with FP&A, ensuring business plans are realistic and value-driven
- Drive cost optimization, profitability analysis, and performance improvement initiatives
- Contribute to business cases, investments, and transformation programs through financial evaluation and risk assessment
- Act as a liaison between finance (FP&A, GBSS) and business teams, ensuring alignment between actual performance and forward-looking plans
- Stakeholder Interaction:
- Business Unit heads and operational leaders as trusted financial advisors
- FP&A and GBSS to ensure coherent planning, reporting, and performance management
