Head of Finance & Accounting – France

Launched in France in 2024, the subsidiary is growing fast and entering a key phase of structural build‑up and expansion.

About the role

As Head of Finance & Accounting – France , you will take ownership of all finance operations, reporting directly to New York and the local leadership team.

Your mission: ensure reliable financial execution, design scalable processes, and provide the clarity that supports rapid growth.

Main responsibilities

• Lead all accounting and finance activities for the French entity.
• Deliver accurate and timely month‑end closings.
• Ensure compliance with French GAAP and US GAAP standards.
• Coordinate group reporting and revenue recognition with HQ.
• Strengthen internal controls, tools, and procedures.
• Support local management with analysis and insights.
• Liaise with auditors and external advisors.

Profile

• CPA / DSCG or equivalent.
• Around 7–12 years’ experience , combining Big 4 and corporate finance roles.
• Solid knowledge of French & US GAAP.
• Hands‑on, structured, autonomous, and reliable.
• Fluent in English and French .
• Collaborative mindset, low‑ego, and comfortable in evolving environments.
