Job Description

You are joining the management of TEORA - Operations, Expertise & Customer Experience. You work within a community of experts that places excellence, impact and collective action at the heart of everything it does. The Head of Private Banking Life Insurance Expertise is responsible for managing the Private Banking Life Insurance Expertise activity, commercial proposals in Private Management and manages the existing team. He oversees the processing of these operations, manages the activity and ensures the quality of the relationship with TEORA’s distributors.

On a daily basis, your tasks are to:

  • Managing the activity: Developing the strategy, organizing and managing the activity daily, managing priorities, coordinating, setting, monitoring, and adjusting individual and collective objectives;
  • Lead and mobilize teams: Facilitate the flow of information, create the conditions for the proper functioning of the team, mobilize everyone according to their motivation levers;
  • Developing employees: identifying and developing skills, detecting talent, integrating new employees, supporting professional development;
  • Organize the delegation: Explain the meaning of change, involve employees, facilitate relations with partners, encourage innovation;
  • Coordinate support: Process requests from the Banques Populaires and Caisses d'Epargne in the Private Management segment, manage AML-CFT support, supervise production files.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

With a higher education in insurance, you must have at least 10 years of confirmed professional experience.

You master:

  • Change management
  • The regulations governing life insurance operations

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen; you are:

  • Rigorous with good team spirit
  • Recognized for your customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Able to encourage a feedback culture within a team

You master English with a C1 level.
