What you will do:
As an experienced and visionary Head of European Credit Portfolio Managers, you will lead our credit portfolio management teams across two geographic locations. This strategic role demands strong leadership, technical expertise in credit portfolio management, and the ability to foster collaboration across locations while ensuring alignment with the firm's overall investment strategy.
In this role you will: 

• Lead and inspire credit portfolio management teams across two locations, fostering a collaborative culture. Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams to align strategy and goals. Foster an inclusive management approach, respecting cultural and operational differences.
• Mentor and develop portfolio managers and analysts to support skill enhancement and professional growth.
• Streamline workflows between locations for operational efficiency in portfolio management and reporting.
• Leverage advanced portfolio management tools and analytics to improve decision-making.
• Allocate resources effectively across teams to enhance performance and productivity.
• Define and oversee European credit portfolio strategies, ensuring consistency while adapting to local opportunities.
• Optimize credit exposures, balancing risk and return to meet client objectives.
• Integrate macroeconomic, sectoral, and credit-specific themes into portfolio construction.
• Represent European credit portfolio management in client meetings and strategy presentations.
• Work with relationship managers to tailor portfolio strategies to client needs.
• Ensure timely, effective communication with clients on portfolio performance and market positioning.

You should apply if you have:  

• Extensive experience in credit portfolio management across multiple asset classes
• Experience in cross-border fund management or joint management of credit portfolios with remote teams. 
• In-depth knowledge of European credit markets, including investment-grade and high-yield segments.
• Strong analytical and strategic skills with a focus on innovative investment solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to present strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborative leadership style with the ability to navigate cultural and operational differences.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within credit markets.
• Proficiency in portfolio management tools and analytics platforms.
