Head of EU Sales — Bioactive Beauty Actives

Debut Biotech is seeking a dynamic Head of Sales for Bioactive Ingredients in Europe. This pivotal role focuses on driving market penetration of high-performing, novel biotechnology-derived ingredients across EU-based beauty brands. You'll own the go-to-market strategy and work directly with the CEO.

With over 10 years in ingredient sales, particularly in the cosmetic sector, you should have an active network in the European beauty industry. A scientific background is preferred, and fluency in English and either French or German is essential.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of €130–160k, plus performance incentives.
