Job Description:

We are looking for a Head of Employee & Labor Relations – France & Group at Eramet. The Head of Employee & Labor Relations – France & Group leads constructive social dialogue across a multi-entity French perimeter, while coordinating the Global Forum, the Group's international employee representative body. This high-impact position offers a unique interface between local labor relations issues and the Group's global social strategy. It represents a rare opportunity for a labor relations professional looking to combine legal expertise, diplomacy and an international outlook within a Group. The position is based in Paris 15.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement the employee relations strategy across the French perimeter (multiple entities, industrial sites and a research & innovation centre), in coordination with local HR teams
  • Prepare, coordinate and facilitate all employee representative bodies (Works Councils, Health & Safety Committees), ensuring full compliance with legal and contractual obligations
  • Lead collective bargaining negotiations (mandatory annual negotiations, remote work, gender equality, profit‑sharing, well‑being at work, mobility, etc.) and draft the resulting collective agreements
  • Provide legal guidance on transformation projects (restructurings, role evolutions) and secure sensitive individual and collective HR matters
  • Build and maintain trusted, long‑term relationships with trade unions and employee representatives, fostering transparent and balanced dialogue
  • Advise and train HR teams and managers on labor law fundamentals, social dialogue management and conflict prevention
  • Animate and coordinate the Global Forum, the Group's international social dialogue body: meeting preparation, social agenda management and country coordination
  • Lead negotiations of international framework agreements and support subsidiaries in their local social relations challenges, in partnership with local HR teams and Group HR leadership
  • Contribute to defining Group‑level social orientations (CSR policy, diversity & inclusion, quality of work life) and coordinate cross‑country best practice sharing
  • Monitor social indicators, build action plans from social diagnostics and drive initiatives that enhance the maturity of social dialogue across the Group
Your profile:
  • Master's degree (or equivalent) in labor law, employee relations or human resources, you bring a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in labor/employee relations, gained in a multi‑entity or multi‑country environment.
  • You have a solid command of French labor law, employee representative structures and collective bargaining processes.
  • Exposure to international or multicultural social dialogue is a strong asset.
  • Known for your diplomacy, active listening skills and collaborative leadership, you are equally at ease navigating legal complexity and the human and strategic dimensions of your role.
  • As you will work daily in a multicultural, international environment, fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is required for this position.

Benefits:

  • An attractive remuneration package including a fixed annual salary, performance‑related variable pay, profit‑sharing and incentive schemes and various bonuses depending on your position.
  • Access to an employee share ownership program
  • A comprehensive employee savings and retirement plan co‑financed by the company
  • 100% reimbursement of your Navigo pass or sustainable mobility package (bicycle, car‑sharing, season ticket, transport allowance, etc.).
  • Up to 2 days' teleworking per week, depending on your team's working arrangements
