Following its international growth and an internal promotion, SkyVisor is looking for its Head of Europe Sales, based in Paris and fluent in German.

In this role you will be leading a team of 4 sales manager driving our commercial development across Europe.

  • You have had experience in B2B sales for 7+ years?
  • You are fluent in English, German and French?

Missions

Reporting to the CEO of the company you will be responsible for driving and expanding our sales across Europe by leading a team of 4 sales managers. This role is strategic and evolving, offering full ownership of our European sales activities.

The main missions will be:

  • Manage and further develop existing key customer accounts
  • Lead and support a team of 4 Sales Managers covering France, Germany, Southern Europe, Eastern Europe and LATAM
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the wind and solar energy sectors
  • Build and grow the sales pipeline, and oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Represent the company at major international trade shows (Intersolar, WindPower, WindEurope, Energaïa, etc.)
  • Contribute to the definition and execution of the sales strategy for our innovative digital solutions

Work environment

  • You will join a dynamic and friendly international team based in Paris, Rennes, and Dallas (TX).
  • The role includes regular field engagement, with direct meetings with customers and hands-on use of our products in real-world conditions.
  • You will play a key role in a fast-growing company at the heart of the renewable energy transition, with a high level of autonomy and impact.

Additional Qualifications

  • 7+ years of full-time experience in B2B Business Development
  • Fluent in English, German and French
  • Must have already led and signed deals with long sales cycles
  • Organised, autonomous with clear reporting skills
  • Knowledge about the renewable energy or the construction industry is highly appreciated
  • Driving licence mandatory
