Head of Drug Substance Development – Cell Culture

Sanofi is seeking an experienced head for the Drug Substance Development Cell Culture Unit in Marcy-l'Étoile, France. You will lead a 10–15 person team covering Upstream and Downstream processes for cell and viral projects, driving scalable bioprocess development from lab to clinical manufacturing.

The role requires an engineer or PhD with 15+ years in eukaryotic culture, recombinant protein production, and/or viral vaccine development, plus fluent English and strong leadership across functions.
