HBS delivers the world’s largest sporting events to billions of viewers globally. We are looking for a Head of Digital Technology to lead the platforms and teams shaping the future of live sports broadcasting.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the strategy, delivery, and performance of digital platforms supporting cloud production, media infrastructure, and post‑production workflows.

You’ll lead three specialist teams — Digital Workflows, Software Engineering, and Event Delivery & Operations — ensuring seamless delivery of Tier 1 global events.

What You’ll Do

• Define and execute the digital technology strategy
• Lead high‑performing, multi‑disciplinary teams
• Deliver scalable, secure, and high‑availability platforms for live events
• Drive innovation across cloud production, AI/ML, and remote workflows
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors globally

What We’re Looking For

• Proven senior leadership experience in broadcast, media, or digital technology
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and media workflows
• Track record delivering complex, live, high‑availability systems
• Ability to operate in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments
• Passion for sport and technology

Fluent in English, able to navigate an international environment with clarity and professionalism.
