Head of Design Systems — Scale Oxygen for AI Healthcare

Doctolib is seeking a Head of Design Systems to own Oxygen, the design system powering all Doctolib surfaces. You will lead a team of designers and engineers building a scalable, on-brand experience for patients and healthcare professionals.

In this role you will set the multi-year vision, establish governance across Design, Product, Engineering, and Brand, and ensure AI-powered interfaces stay coherent and accessible across markets. Paris-based hybrid workplace with substantial impact.
