Head of Design Systems for AI-Driven Healthcare

Doctolib is seeking a Head of Design Systems to lead Oxygen, Doctolib's design system, within the Brand and Design team in Paris. You will own the design foundation used across products and markets, ensuring consistency and high quality at scale for patients and healthcare professionals.

You'll drive the multi-year vision, establish governance across Design, Product, Engineering and Brand, and build a team of design system designers and engineers.
