Head of Data Analytics & Data Products (EME)

Sephora is seeking an Analytics Lead for the EME region to define the analytics strategy aligned with business priorities and data transformation goals. You will oversee the design and delivery of Analytics Products, mainly Power BI dashboards, across functions and markets.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, establish governance and data quality standards, and promote self‑service analytics while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
