Head of Data & Analytics

Luo is seeking a Head of Data to build and scale the company’s data function. You will own the analytics layer, collaborate with engineering to evolve data models, and partner with every business team to deliver dashboards and data tooling for finance, operations, and sales.

You will report to the CEO and help prioritize data initiatives across product, FX trading, treasury, and finance. Excellent communication and bilingual capability are essential.
