Head of Content Ppower pro $

Early-stage AI company with a portfolio of 4 products is launching globally (US, UK, EU, APAC) and looking for the operational brain behind our content engine.

You’ll build and manage a team of 10–12 people, design the production pipeline, propose channel strategy and KPIs, and coordinate presence across 10+ platforms simultaneously. You’ll have a $50,000/month budget, direct access to the CEO and CMO, and full autonomy to hire your own team — no hiring committees, no extra approval rounds.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience running a content or growth operation at scale (8+ people, 5+ channels)
• Hands‑on knowledge of multi‑account distribution infrastructure
• C1+ English
• Experience with Western and global audiences, and comfort building processes from scratch
