About the Opportunity
We are looking for a visionary Global Clinical Operations Manager (M/W) to join a high-performing international healthcare industrial player . In this highly confidential and strategic role, you will be responsible for orchestrating the clinical strategy worldwide and guiding an expert team in delivering high-impact clinical evaluations. This position offers a compelling path toward expanding leadership and operational responsibilities within a rapidly growing international business.
Key Responsibilities
- International Clinical Oversight: Drive the roadmap for global multi-centric clinical investigations. Take full ownership of study steps from early protocol architecture to final clinical summary reporting.
- Process Excellence & Quality Standards: Safeguard trial milestones, operating budgets, and delivery timelines. Ensure absolute adherence to global clinical regulations, industry standards (ICH-GCP, ISO), and regional legal requirements.
- Leadership & Talent Development: Supervise, inspire, and grow a diverse team of international clinical operations professionals. Enhance collaborative performance across remote and local structures.
- Scientific Networks & External Partners: Champion the development of Investigator-Initiated Studies (IIS) and forge lasting, credible alliances with international academic institutions, research networks, and top-tier clinical experts.
- Cross-Departmental Synergy: Act as a key scientific partner for corporate units, ensuring close alignment with Research & Development, Regulatory Pathways, Quality Systems, and Market Access teams to support product lifecycle objectives.
Required Profile
- Education: Advanced medical, pharmaceutical, or scientific background (MD, PharmD, PhD, or Master’s degree in Life Sciences).
- Experience: Approximately 10 years of solid professional practice in Clinical Operations, with a proven background of at least 3 years in supervising clinical teams in cross-border configurations.
- Core Competencies: A solid history of designing and managing international clinical trials. Strong ability to deep-dive into complex scientific methodologies and articulate them effectively.
- Soft Skills: High level of curiosity, analytical rigor, and an agile mindset tailored to working smoothly across complex or matrix organizational environments.
- Languages: Native-level or completely professional fluency in English is mandatory for global trial administration. Professional proficiency in French is required to ensure seamless internal communications.
