Nous recherchons un·e **Responsable du Centre d’Excellence Supply Chain Planning** (non-opérationnel·le) pour piloter le trio stratégique **Process — Solutions — Compétences** et porter l’excellence planning au sein des Opérations.

Pourquoi ce rôle est unique* **Impact direct** sur la performance planning globale dans un contexte de forte croissance.

• Rôle **transverse et influent** auprès des Opérations, Data, DCPC, Direction Pharma et DAIS.
• Gouvernance d’une communauté d’environ **250 personnes** dédiée au planning.

Vos missions clés* **Manager les équipes** (environ1

• 5 ETP*) en charge des domaines Process, Data/Analytics et Support Solutions, avec un rôle fort de leadership et de développement des talents.* **Définir et maintenir le référentiel Process** et la mesure de performance : S&OP, Demand, Supply/Stocks, MPS/MRP, Lifecycle. Produire playbooks, templates et dashboards opérationnels pour garantir adoption et conformité.* **Piloter la transformation data & IA** dans le planning : cas d’usage prédictifs, optimisation des scénarios S&OP, amélioration continue via data science.* **Déployer les standards Solutions** : data flows, intégrations, architecture planning et support applicatif.* **Structurer le volet Compétences** : référentiel métiers, parcours de formation, certifications et learning journeys pour les planificateurs.* **Valider la conformité** des projets de planification aux standards Co

E et accompagner le PMO SI dans leur mise en œuvre.* **Encourager l’innovation et le benchmarking externe** pour transformer le Supply Planning en un avantage compétitif durable.* **Conduire le changement** et favoriser l’appropriation des standards par les filiales et sites.

Profil recherché* **Leader d’influence** capable de fédérer sans autorité hiérarchique directe, et confirmé·e dans le management et le développement des talents au sein d’équipes pluridisciplinaires. * **10–15 ans d’expérience** en planning / Co

E / gouvernance, idéalement en pharma/CPG.* Maîtrise des méthodes **S&OP, APS/MRP**, data analytics et conduite du changement.* **Français courant**, anglais professionnel, déplacements réguliers.
