Campaigns & Merchandising sits at the intersection of three things that matter a lot to Joko and that makes this seat genuinely rare.
What You Will Do
- Own the B2C campaign calendar. Plan and execute with your team Joko's campaign moments from end to end: choosing merchant offers, shaping creative narrative, coordinating with B2B, Brand, CRM, Influence, Merchandising, and measuring impact. Set the calendar, defend it, and raise the bar campaign after campaign.
- Define and grow the Media Fees strategy. Define the offer, packaging and pricing, protect user experience, partner with B2B to grow the revenue line, build the Media Fees kit for B2B, and own monthly performance reporting.
- Lead the Content Factory. Oversee the in‑house team producing campaign content across CRM, Merchandising, Social, and Influence. Set quality standards, scale output with AI where it makes sense, ensure on‑brand and on‑time delivery, and act as a key point of contact with selected merchants on content.
- Drive measurable impact. Obsess over metrics (traffic on the app, conversions, engagement, advertising revenue) and use data to sharpen strategy and execution. Report impact to senior leadership in a sharp, honest, actionable way.
- Build and grow the team. Inherit a team of three plus one intern. Define the team’s evolution: hire, automate, specialize, coach, and maintain Joko's performance standard.
Who We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in campaign management, e‑commerce, merchandising, or a closely related field, with ownership of a campaign calendar at scale and commercial impact measured weekly.
- Creative mindset: original ideas, a strong eye for impactful campaigns, and a drive to set a higher standard for memorable user moments.
- Business sense: understand what makes a deal worth a campaign moment, value Media Fees, protect user experience while growing revenue, and make commercially sound calls.
- Team leadership: previous experience managing a small team, balancing desk work with people development.
- Cross‑functional fluency: comfortable collaborating with multiple teams, aligning stakeholders while maintaining momentum.
- Data‑driven: fluent in strategy decks and spreadsheets, using traffic, conversion, engagement, and revenue metrics as a second language.
- AI curiosity: hands‑on experience using AI tools to scale content and campaigns, with real‑world experimentation.
- Languages: fluent in French (primary market) and full work proficiency in English.
