Head of Revenue Operations
As Head of Revenue Operations at Doctrine, you will lead a six‑person team to increase ARR growth across France, Italy, Germany, and Luxembourg. You will manage the Ops Engineering and RevOps teams, standardize tools and processes, ensure data governance, and drive strategic projects with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Growth, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and align the Revenue Operations team, hiring and developing talent.
- Own the Ops roadmap and coordinate with business units to deliver solutions.
- Standardize and document core processes for Sales, Marketing, Growth, and Finance.
- Integrate and adopt the Go‑to‑Market tech stack, including Salesforce and third‑party tools.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility across CRM, product, and finance systems.
- Develop dashboards that enable monitoring of commercial and operational performance.
- Work closely with Sales to remove friction, improve efficiency, and accelerate product adoption.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional initiatives to support sales effectiveness and international growth.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of management experience in Operations, Revenue Operations, or cross‑functional project management within a SaaS environment.
- Background in system integration, software vendor, consulting, or RevOps is welcome.
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and prioritize effectively.
- Strong understanding of Sales processes, CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, and data.
- Experience structuring processes, leading complex projects, and aligning stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- High level of autonomy, ownership, and results orientation.
- Professional‑level English is required; experience in multicultural environments is a plus.
