Head of Sales & Business Development - Cardiovascular Medical Imaging
France (with international travel)
We are working with an innovative French MedTech company developing advanced software and AI solutions for cardiovascular imaging.
Having successfully developed its technology platform, achieved key regulatory milestones, and established an international clinical and commercial footprint, the company is now entering an exciting phase of growth and is looking to strengthen its commercial organisation.
They are now looking for a Head of Sales & Business Development to help take the business into its next phase.
This is a unique opportunity for a commercially driven leader who enjoys building, selling, and scaling. The role combines strategic commercial responsibility with hands‑on business development, working closely with the CEO and wider leadership team.
The Role
As Head of Sales & Business Development, you will take ownership of growing the company’s commercial activity across France and internationally.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing the commercial strategy alongside the CEO
- Building and managing a strong sales pipeline across hospitals, clinics, distributors
- Driving direct sales activity across France
- Developing and strengthening international distributor and partner networks
- Managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving clinicians, hospital leadership, procurement, IT teams, and technical stakeholders
This is not a role focused purely on managing a sales team, the successful candidate will be expected to be hands‑on, customer‑facing, and directly involved in winning business.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- A strong background in Medical imaging who is excited by the opportunity to build something.
- Proven experience selling complex healthcare solutions into hospitals or healthcare organisations and distributors
- Fluency in both French and English, additional language is highly desired
- Willingness to travel regularly across France and internationally
