About Dioxycle

Dioxycle is pioneering breakthrough carbon utilization technologies that convert industrial emissions into sustainable chemicals with unprecedented energy and cost efficiency, displacing fossil fuels and reducing over 800 million tons of CO2 per year—representing more than 2% of worldwide emissions. At the core of our process is a novel “carbon electrolyzer,” using only electricity and water to convert carbon emissions back into valuable everyday essential chemicals. We are innovating across chemical, mechanical, and system engineering to turn carbon transformation into an economically feasible, industrial reality through this novel technological approach. Having completed our industrial‑scale electrolyzer prototype, we are working with chemical and downstream offtakers toward first‑of‑a‑kind plant deployment and commercial roll‑out. We operate from two centres in Paris and California, supported by Breakthrough Energy Ventures, Lowercarbon Capital, and Gigascale Capital, and have raised $40M to date.
