Head of Brand Performance & Consumer Insights (Remote)

Accor is seeking a Senior Leader to own Brand Performance & Consumer Insights for its Issy-les-Moulineaux offices. You will define the consumer insights agenda, lead a small team, and drive synthesis of insights across the PME portfolio to inform brand and business decisions.

You will build KPI frameworks, dashboards and planning processes, partnering with Finance, CDT, Sales and Regions to ensure consistent governance and measurable impact on performance.
