Job Description
Favikon is one of the leading creator intelligence platform worldwide. We track and rank creators across 9 platforms and 600+ industries, turning the most chaotic market in marketing into a system brands can actually use. We’re 100% PLG, brand-led, and our growth depends on the quality of our voice. Alongside Favikon, we’re building a separate consumer-facing initiative serving the creators themselves, which gives this role unusually broad brand scope across two distinct audiences.
The role
You’ll own brand voice and strategic consistency across Favikon. You’ll write the things only a senior person can write, build the systems that let our content function scale, and partner directly with the CEO on founder voice and storytelling. This isn’t a content marketer role. Growth and performance live under our CMO. This is the brand and narrative seat: launch storytelling, thought leadership, and the editorial muscle that turns a strong product into a category-defining brand. You’ll also build something most B2B startups never get right: a real internal content engine that turns our entire team into 17 distinct, credible voices in the creator economy conversation.
What You Own
- Brand voice for Favikon. You document it, defend it, evolve it.
- The platform launch narratives and ongoing product storytelling.
- The Unsponsord newsletter alongside our editorial collaborator, growing it into a category publication.
- The internal LinkedIn engine. Coaching the leadership team and wider company on voice, building templates and support structures that produce 200+ employee posts a year. One of the highest-leverage things you’ll do.
- Industry events and physical presence. The annual calendar of conferences, summits, and partner events where Favikon should show up. Speaker positioning, on-the-ground representation, and turning every event into editorial content.
- Editorial direction for our junior creator’s B2C output across TikTok, YouTube, Reddit. You set voice and elevate her work; you don’t approve every video.
- Reddit strategy (junior executes daily). Which subs, what voice, what’s working, how to measure.
- Ghostwriting support for Jonathan and the wider team where useful, plus coaching on voice for executives writing their own posts.
- Influencer brief writing for paid campaigns. Sarthak owns budget and selection, you own creative direction.
- Thought leadership: op-eds, podcast positioning, conference talks, the public narrative that makes Favikon the obvious leader in creator intelligence.
What You Don’t Own
- Performance marketing and paid acquisition (CMO)
- Sales motion and pipeline (separate function)
- On-the-ground community operations for the consumer initiative (separate ownership)
- Product copy inside the V3 platform (collaboration with product team)
- Daily Reddit and TikTok execution (junior creator)
Preferred Experience
- 4-6 years experience, ideally at a startup as the first or second content/brand hire
- Strong writer first, strategist second. You’ve written things people remember.
- Bilingual ideally (English-first, French a plus). Strong English non-negotiable. We sell globally and our consumer initiative is built around English-speaking creator hubs.
- B2B SaaS background plus creator economy interest, or creator economy background with appetite for B2B. Either combination works if the curiosity is there.
- You post on social personally. You understand the medium from the inside, not just from the strategy deck.
- Comfortable ghostwriting for founders. You can sound like Jeremy on LinkedIn within two weeks of joining.
- Energized by coaching others on writing. The internal LinkedIn engine is a big part of the role.
- Taste. You instinctively know the difference between a brand that feels exclusive and one that feels try-hard.
- Comfortable with public-facing work: speaking, panels, events, being in rooms. You enjoy representing a company physically as well as editorially.
Who You’re Not
- A B2B SaaS content marketer who’ll turn Favikon into a HubSpot blog
- A pure influencer marketer who can brief campaigns but can’t write a Series A narrative
- Someone who needs a team underneath them to ship. You’ll have a junior creator and freelance support, but you write the high-leverage stuff yourself.
- Someone who wants approval loops. The role has high autonomy and high accountability.
Additional Information
- Contract Type: Full-Time
- Location: Paris
- Occasional remote authorized
