Field Support Representative
We are seeking a skilled and mission‑driven Field Support Representative to join our customer‑facing technical team. This role is critical to ensuring the operational excellence of our robotic systems in the field and providing unmatched support to our global defense partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute on‑site installation, training, and maintenance of complex robotic systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues under field conditions, including electromechanical diagnostics
- Conduct system testing, calibration, and configuration
- Provide user training and operational support for deployed units
- Maintain clear service documentation and technical reporting
- Support product evaluations, demos, and customer field trials
- Act as a technical liaison between customers and engineering teams, providing technical feedback for system improvement
- Build long‑term trust with end‑users and military stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in technical field support, preferably in defense or robotics
- Proven troubleshooting skills with complex electromechanical systems
- Engineering degree (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics) or equivalent practical experience
- Alternatively: Advanced technical training (Technician/Practical Engineer) with substantial hands‑on experience
- Capable of operating independently in high‑pressure environments
- Strong technical comprehension and ability to interpret specifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with military UGV, UAV, and remotely operated systems (preferred)
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

Junior Software Engineer – Robotics
We’re looking for a junior developer to join our cross‑functional team and help ship production‑grade features for autonomous systems used in defense, smart‑city, and industrial environments.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain software for robotic platforms and sensor‑rich IoT systems.
- Integrate software with real hardware: controllers, sensors, edge devices.
- Implement data processing, control logic, and system services.
- Collaborate with algorithms, hardware, and product teams to deliver end‑to‑end features.
- Solid programming skills in Python and C++.
- Up to 1 year of experience (industry, academic, or personal projects).
- Familiarity with Linux development environments
- Strong problem‑solving, curiosity, and ability to learn fast.
- Experience with ROS/ROS2 and robotics middleware.
- Basic knowledge Kotlin/Java (Android companion apps).
- Knowledge of networking/IPC and protocols (e.g., MQTT, REST; JAUS is a plus).
- Exposure to Docker, CI/CD, or cloud/edge deployment.
- Understanding of control systems, real‑time constraints, or computer vision.

Senior Mechanical Engineer
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will be a key player in our R&D team, responsible for designing, prototyping, and optimizing mechanical systems across multiple product lines. You’ll work on everything from robotic mechanisms to electromechanical assemblies, ensuring robustness, manufacturability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full‑cycle mechanical development (robotic and conventional systems) from concept to production, including ECO processes and documentation.
- Drive product evolution through new generations, modifications, and field issue resolution.
- Design, prototype, and validate solutions while optimizing components for performance and manufacturability.
- Create and maintain all technical drawings, specifications, and testing protocols.
- Manage multiple projects with complete ownership, solving complex mechanical challenges.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver integrated, production‑ready solutions.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in mechanical design.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and PDM.
- Background in manufacturing techniques—CNC, sheet metal, mold design, and 3D printing.
- Self‑starter mentality—you take initiative, solve problems independently, and drive projects forward.
- Deep familiarity with mechanical components (gears, linkages, motors, seals, etc.) and material selection.
- Background in defining and selecting complex motion systems.
- Experience designing mechanisms and enclosures for harsh environments, from concept to production.
Procurement Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Buyer – experience in Electronics, Mechanics, Electromechanics – priority from the Defense Industry
- Handling entire procurement process and procurement system from the time they were issued to the supplier to their arrival at the company’s warehouses
- Find sources of procurement to satisfy requirements
- Receive bids, compare and negotiate
- Negotiate with suppliers and service providers in Israel and abroad
- Handling shipments export and import
Desired Experience
- 1‑3 years of experience in electronics / mechanics procurement
- From Defense Industry – significant advantage
- Experience working with suppliers in Israel and abroad – mandatory
- High English Level – Reading, Writing and Speaking
- Familiarity with reading manufacturer specifications and technical drawings, knowing the world of raw materials
- Experience in handling import / export – a significant advantage
