Head of Arts Education & Community Engagement

Cain Center for the Arts in Cornelius, NC is seeking a Director of Education and Engagement to lead education, ceramics, visual arts, and community programs. This role guides a growing department, sets strategy, builds systems, and ensures high-quality exhibitions and instructional programming.

You will manage staff, foster partnerships with schools and nonprofits, oversee budgets, and represent the Center in the regional arts community.
