Head of AML/CFT & Compliance for Crypto Fintech

Merge, a regulated stablecoin payments infrastructure platform, is seeking an MLRO/Head of Compliance with hands-on experience in crypto or fintech to lead AML/CFT efforts under MiCA. You will design and implement the firm's AML/CFT framework, manage STR/SAR reporting, liaise with regulators and banking partners, and oversee policy governance for CASP operations, staying ahead of evolving EU regulations.

This role requires end-to-end ownership and practical knowledge of crypto-asset models and
