Head of AI Search Engineering & Platform Delivery

Algolia is seeking a senior engineering leader to drive delivery, architecture, and operational excellence across a defined product area. You will partner with Product, Design and cross-functional teams to shape roadmaps and ensure customer value while mentoring Engineering Managers.

You will contribute to strategic planning, champion engineering best practices, scalability, reliability, and performance, and act as a bridge between strategy and execution for the CTO and SVP Engineering.
