Head of AI Engineering

Job Description\n Responsibilities\n

\n
• Define the 2- to 3-year AI vision and build the corresponding roadmap in alignment with business priorities
\n
• Structure and manage a portfolio of AI initiatives covering all Engineering activities
\n
• Accelerate the integration of AI into our offerings, solutions, and delivery activities with measurable value objectives
\n
• Establish performance indicators to measure AI impact (ROI, productivity, revenue, adoption)
\n
• Define and lead AI governance, addressing compliance, security, ethics, and risk management
\n
• Drive the scaling of AI solutions, ensuring the transition from POCs to industrial, reproducible deployments
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Master’s, or equivalent)
\n
• Significant experience in transformation, strategy, governance, or leading large-scale programs
\n
• Strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, GenAI, and data ecosystems
\n
• Proven ability to turn technological innovations into tangible business outcomes
\n
• Successful experience industrializing AI solutions and managing complex transformations
\n
• Fluent professional English
