Head of AI-Driven Sales Compensation

n8n is seeking a senior Compensation Plan Designer to own sales compensation for the entire revenue organization across SMB, Mid‑Market, Enterprise, CS, SE, SDR, and Partnerships. You will design plans, model costs, and ensure accurate payouts while partnering with Finance, RevOps, Payroll, and Legal.

This remote-first role spans EMEA and AMER markets. You will influence plan effectiveness, drive governance, and coach stakeholders across Sales and Finance to optimize incentives.
