Head of Administration and Finance

• Lead and ensure the reliability of accounting and financial reporting for the French entities
• Oversee the Group’s day-to-day cash management
• Coordinate external accounting firms in the European countries (Spain / Switzerland / Romania)
• Manage and develop a team of three accountants
• Supervise the general and subsidiary ledgers for the three French entities
• Lead monthly closings by J+5 and annual closings by J+15
• Ensure the reliability of closing files and accelerate monthly reporting
• Coordinate accounting information from entities outside France
• Optimize the Finance team’s organization and standardize practices
• Maintain a rolling 12-month cash flow forecast
• Oversee tax, VAT, other taxes, and tax packages
• Maintain internal controls, procedures, and data quality
• Serve as the Finance key user for Navision, Yooz, Kyriba, and Lucanet
• Drive the automation of tools and processes, particularly using Claude and Excel macros
• Act as the Finance point of contact for business teams and elevate risks to the CFO
• Lead team routines, develop skills, and promote positive management

Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, or Management (business school, Master’s in Accounting, Control and Audit, DSCG, or equivalent)
• 10–15 years of experience in a Finance and/or Accounting environment
• Ideally, experience in a multi-site company, international group, or accounting/audit firm followed by in-house experience
• Significant experience managing a team
• Excellent command of French accounting and tax fundamentals
• Experience with fast closings and preparing robust audit files
• Knowledge of multi-entity environments
• Proficiency with ERP systems, ideally Navision, as well as document management tools such as Yooz and treasury management tools such as Kyriba
• Excellent Excel skills
• Professional proficiency in English
